Well, this highlights the power of NXP's website.
While Andys short and easy 10-step guide leads indeed to the desired file, there is one more, with the bootloader upgrader. But that is NOT on the standardics.nxp.com, that is on the "regular" one (which then does not list the other file, selbstverstandlich), if you are brave enough to follow this simple link: http://www.nxp.com/#/pip/pip...RC2_RD2_4]|pp=[t=pip,i=P89V51RB2_RC2_RD2_4] . Oh, and the newest bootloader is, guess, NOT on NXP site at all. And Andy knows the best, where it is... :-) JW |
