Dear Makarand,
Please check the voltage levels at pin #16, #6 & #2 w.r.to gnd pin#15. Do this for both working MAX232 & not working one. If both are giving identical results, try to read echo on hyper terminal by shorting digital pins of max(do this without micro) Perform these tests & reply Regards, Mahesh |
