#165417 - I've experience these problems
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I'm interested in robotics and I've some decent experience with this P89V51RD2BN

From my experience, here are few reasons that cause that error:
1) Avoid using USB-RS232 Convertor. Sometimes this caused the problem for me
2) After about 10 mins of continuously using the microcontroller, if you try to flash the code, it'll start giving that error after you flash the code few number of times. I had two ICs and had to keep changing if this prob occured.
3) Use the latest version of FlashMagic :)

And one more thing i found. Use 10uF capacitors in MAX232. Datasheets would say 1uF or 0.1uF but for me only 10 works fine. I donno the physics behind it. I just said outta experience :)

And check the power source if its about to giv a voltage near 5V. Silly faults are tougher to debug rt??

NOTE: I'm too beginner. Experts plz correct me if something here is in contradiction to the theory.
