Here in India we have labor law and every firm, pvt. or govt. has to follow.
Here working hours are 8 hours not more then that. If more than 8 hours then company has to pay over time amount.
And holiday are also at very good quantity. Special Govt. form/org follows official holiday. And those pvt. firm/org who follows govt rules strictly they also get same number of holiday.
Here employee has good rights, for this you have see Indian labor law. Working hrs are 9:00am to 5:30pm, at sharp 5:30 employee leave firm, very relaxed na?
Here also people call "SIR" to boss.
Here you will find permanent and non-permanent employee concept. Permanent employee get more benefit like number of paid holiday and other things.

Here Govt. allow formation employee union. So all the working people fight with management or owner in case of some dispute.
