#187032 - "seeing" around corners |
Hi Everyone,
If you saw the movie "Blade Runner," you no doubt recall the scene where the hero was able to examine an entire room from a simple photograph, using some sort of futuristic technology to reconstruct what was beyond the 2 dimensional cross section of the photo. He was able to look around corners in the photo. Well, that technology may still be a ways off, but it just got considerably closer. Check out this article, and don't skip the YouTube link to the video demonstration. This is truly cool. Joe http://www.designnews.com/author.as...-+DN+Daily |
