YAGARTO is a hobby project and supported only by the community. If you want a faster start, a smoother workflow and professional support, take a look at a commercial toolchain like CrossWorks for ARM.
http://www.yagarto.de/index.html It seems to have "the usual issues" with debug for freebies: http://www.yagarto.de/index.html#ocd See: http://www.8052.com/forumchat/read/183330 And: http://www.8052.com/forumchat/read/183310 I may decide to go with the CrossWorks tool chain. They have a "Personal License" option for 10% of the commercial license fee that can be leveraged for "not for profit" work. I sent an email to their contact and explained what I want to do and they said - "go ahead get the Personal License". I'm in learning mode and if their tools are good this is a relatively low cost way to get up to speed. Their commercial package license fee also looks fairly reasonable too.
