I get datasheets, errata etc from the NXP site. But most chip selections involves one of their distributor networks. These personal contacts can normally be way better at informing about current state of components and what new families or variants that are in the pipeline and what advantages they may give. It really is advantageous to be in contact with someone who spends a significant time of their workday keeping track of a specific niche of components. |
