You don't need any "programming device" (parallel programmer) for my modification of B52. Although I have access to those, I developed this mod entirely as a hobby at home, using only the UART-ISP capability of AT89C51RD2/ED2. All you need is the chip and an RS232 transceiver (MAX232 or similar), plus a serial port on the PC or an USB/serial converter "cable".
