#176947 - Any links for Wave to Musical Note Converter ?
Hi Members,

For one of my products, I need my AT89C55WD to play musical notes. I do not wish to use the Sound ICs from APLUS.

I have downloaded and tested projects for making electronic-organ using 8051.
Here is the link:
attachment:/188/Electronic-organ-using-8051-Microcontroller.htm

It works fine, I have downloaded a full table of muscial notes to Frequency.
Now, the bottle-neck is that, my client has given me Wave/MP3 files. Even though these are WAVE/MP3 files, they are just playing notes that an electronic-organ plays.
Now I want to convert these into musical notes.

Tried on the net, for last 3 hours, but resulted in unnecessary downloads of musical file converters, But of no use.

So, if anybody has links to softwares, that convert Wave files into musical notes, it will be a great help.

The best I could do was to get this link that converts MIDI files into musical notes:
http://www.8notes.com/midi_sheet_music/

But getting Wave to MIDI converter, is also a real pain.

Thanks.

Edit:
As rightly said by Micheal Karas, the first link above is not working.
Click on the second link of this page:

I hope it works this time.
