#175395 - Quite easy to use drawing primitives
Responding to: ???'s previous message
The wxWidgets framework has nice device contexts, allowing you to draw your data onto scrollable surfaces, without binding the code to win32.

I have done a lot of work with it, implementing different forms of graphs, diagrams, CAD drawings etc and there is a lot of nice demo code available.

The web site also shows a number of applications implemented using wxWidgets.
