The idea being that it would collect and collate data from multiple devices,probably distributed over a wide area, the instruments attached to the telescopes will transmit the timing data and we then correleat all the timing information so we know when some event is a real event and and not some random thing and it then flashes bells and rings hooters.If you are interested on working on that then Steve is the person with the detailed requirements for that side of it, or myself for the actual transmitty hardware side.Any help would be gratefuly recieved.
