If the market that you are in is competitive, simply luring you away from you current employer will deal them a setback. If you prove an asset to the new company is merely a bonus. They could let you go a little down the road because the cost of the legal challenges (or even the hardware set up costs) are too high. Or of course, you may not like your conditions of employment.
It may be more prudent to negotiate with your current employers. A bird in the hand... as they say. -Aubrey |
