#173945 - Ive been speaking to a solicitor about this
Responding to: ???'s previous message
He says its unreasonable for a former employer to attempt to bar me from working for a competitor,as long as I don't walk out the door with any company property, what knowledge I may have about some design technique is mine to do with as I please. All I am being employed for is my years of relevant experiance in relevent areas.
