I know there is a bunch of posts in that thread, but somewhere in there they talk about that as well.

Elsewhere on that site, there is a forum http://www.cnczone.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=403 on PCB milling. There is a plug-in (script) for Eagle that generates G-Code.

It's a great hobby site by the way.
