The person who is acting as project manager I would say which is not me guv, its just part of the company culture we don't do testing because the Director of Engineering says he hires people who don't make mistakes, which is as I have pointed out to our MD, delusional and plain wrong and we don't like documentation mainly because of the influence of the same person, despite the fact that is is one of the cleverest people you could hope to meet he is not a people person and he does not understand design and development. |
