Renesas has some published information about the part you have mentioned. The R5F21134FP MCU is part of their R8C/13 series.

One does need to exercise due concern when using Renesas MCUs. They offer so many variants within each family that you never know what will happen with any particular part when the large OEM customer for that part decides to stop using it. Michael Karas |
