If that were the case, and, if it was, it no longer is, then they'd buy American products. However, Americans know how they behave in the workplace, hence, don't want to pay for the poor work habits, low quality, and general waste that they cause.
Americans want to buy products from nations where people take pride in their work, or where their body parts are sold into the medical tourism market if they mess up. Those products cost less, and aren't as likely to fail within the first week. There once was a time when "Made in U.S.A" meant an item was of top quality. Today, it means it's of the lowest that money can buy, and it's likely the the only thing done in the U.S.A. was the attachment of the label. RE |
