But the idea of posting it here is very much akin to just discussing some new topic with your friends in the park or library. By chance someone would have gone through the grind and can point out the general outline and basic pitfalls to watch out...

And the added complication is that it is just one-off and as someone pointed out, it may be that the certification could be costly than the project itself !
