ISSI, for example, still lists the 32Kx8 parts as available, though they've discontinued the DIL package, as have most manufacturers.
They'll still be available for about a decade, I'd guess. Be careful to search for parts without packaging suffix, and I suspect you'll find what you need. I recently purchased 256Kx16 parts for about $2 in TSOP. That was a disappointment, as I bought them for less last time, but ... RE |
