#164508 - 8052 with SRAM |
Hi,
We are working on 8052 based products, along with we are using SRAM >> 62C256 (32K SRAM). All standard manufacture (Hynix, Cypress, ISSI etc)they either stop or discontinued 32K SRAM, presently it is available with cypress. Any suggestion about the replacement part of SRAM compatible with 8051 means < 64K with parallel interface. |
