#163540 - Devices with...
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Devices with the chip which is from the company I linked work pretty darn good even with 1680x1050 size display. I don't do videos on my computer so I cannot answer to that. However graphics intensive apps such as Cadence Allergo Free Viewer work pretty good. (That worked lousey or almost useless on anothe Triton adaper I tried).

A good share of performance of these things relates to the quality if the OS drivers installed and the ability of the far end chip set to be able to be fed with encoded and minimalized size commands coming from the driver.

I really recommend that anyone try out the latest variety of these things before going off at saying they can be wiped off the table by every PC inbuilt or slotted graphics card. Are these for gamers? NO. But for the typical user, even engineers, they work very well.
