Almost every current graphics card can use two monitors simultaneously, and with additional graphics cards you can use even more than two monitors.
Usually, there's only one mouse connected to the computer, though, and the mouse cursor is moved between the desktops displayed on the two monitors. Current operating systems and display drivers also support multi-monitor use. |
