Hi Oliver: Hi to all members:
I like my x1155 lexmark printer and scanner. But I may have a problem with bluetooth? when I first put software in XP pc it was ok. So though I put software in my vista pc and try on their. It worked ok. Then other day I tryed my Xp laptop it failed. So tryed the sending to the printer from the vista laptop, it started ok then failed. I am wondering if some code is place on the transmitter that is placed in the usb port dongle when the software on cd is first loaded on to pc? Their is no mention about using dongle on multi pc's but that could be problem I am now having. Since I do not know how the software interfaces to transmitter and receiver dongles. One of steps in setting up software on pc is to pair the transmitter and receiver in the usb ports. Has any one ever done anything like this for some bluetooth setup procedure. I though this was really good product till could not transmit to printer on either laptop pc. I may have redo software on one laptop pc and never use it on the other one? Best regards, Ralph Sac |
