#161355 - Try this

I have a 200W PSU "salvaged" from an old PC.

I though this might be useful as a "bench" power supply to give me +3V3, +5V, +12V, -12V, and -5V...

But do these PSUs require any minimum load on any/all of the outputs to maintain regulation?

Use a 15 Ohm /10W or 15W resistor between +5V and GND and you are ready to go. If its pretty now you might require this on 3.3V too. Try and see what fits the best .
