But, as you say, on a 4x20 there are addresses 0x60-0x67 written. I did not dig out one right now, but asked my colleague who used a 4x20 in a construction, where (in a particular mode), first a "fixed" text (labels) is written, and then numeric values are updated throughout the whole display, i.e. written to addressed positions - I specifically asked for the above addresses and he answered that yes, these addresses were used, too. Several displays of different makers were used successfully, but the most used one is by Bolymin, using KS0066 as the controller. JW |
