There is an open hardware/open software project of a 100MSps/32 channel logic analyser called miniLA out there.

This is maybe not exactly what Per requested, but being open source etc., chances are he can modify it as per his needs, whatever they are.

I write because the biggest problem with this sort of projects is to get all the needed parts, PCB etc. It appears, that a group of enthusiasts in Germany are going to make a "bulk" purchase and may be willing to send out a "pack" of parts to those who would be interested.
