I still have my photocopied 'Table 7. 80C51 Instruction Set Summary' by the keyboard. And I still consult it all the time... And I STILL have to look at the keyboard to see which key to strike. It's pathetic, I know. Perhaps I'm incapable of learning anything.

At college, I struggled with one particular branch of maths (and even avoided the questions in the subsequent exam). Imagine my amazement a year or two later when throwing out my old 'A-level' (effectively college entry high school qualification) maths notes and discovering, not only had I done the same stuff previously, but I'd got good marks in it! I couldn't remember anything of it.
