I am using IR21362 as the driver IC. See the driver ckt..

It is surprising that strange Vce waveforms occurs randomly and I have not noted these again (for now...). But, looking closely at the gate signals revealed that:
+ gate signals for no dc voltage bus

+but when dc voltage is applied, here is what I get

I hope expert eyes here can help me figure out what is fishy going in here.

By the way, I am using this IGBT module.
