#157583 - i had same problem on a Hitachi 48kw inverter Responding to: ???'s previous message |
a while back i had severe motor wow on a motor driven by said inverter traced it down to the digital opto couplers which coupled the pwm signal to power output stage, replacement cured the problem. another 30kw unit by Panasonic has problem with the smps which fed isolated 5 volts sources to the optocoupler, replacement of the filter caps cured the problem.
funy! the only way to tell if your motor wow and flutter is by the rate it eats your v belts: one set every 3 days or so! wouldn't blow your IGBTs though hope this helps .have a good day Khanh |
