Would these errors show up only in the optimized code and not in the non-optimal code?

Would be grateful for some examples


an example
not testing TI and the remainder of the code taking long enough for the char to be gone before next load of SBUF in non-optimized code but not when optimized.

That is hardly a "dark corner of the language specification"
