You said you need Galavanic isolation didn' t you?. The power supply in the above scheme isnt galvanically isolated ? , as you connect the boards through a common power supply the first thing comes to my mind is you may suffer from Gnd loops .Second if powersupply of one node gets damaged or short it will shut the entire process instead of one node .
Please have a look below what is reccomeded as a Galvanically isolated RS485 link .
