I don't use other than Google to find the good stuff - naturally, it comes up first (Bray is the notable exemption, due to the "unstability" of his original page, and the new one apparently did not succeed to come up in the ranking yet).

All of the realterm/sourceforge links appear to be valid. On sourceforge, each project has quite a number of pages, including the "original" "project" page, which is a "node" of a uniform design linking to all other pages; a "homepage" which is a regular webpage with "random" content (here, this is http://realterm.sf.net); then a number of "utility" pages such as the download page (s), wiki, mailing lists, bug trackers, administrative pages, etc.etc.etc...
