An H bridge driver usually only needs diode clamps to protect the output devices from inductive spikes and motor back EMF. For such a low power motor, general purpose 1A diodes should do.
An RC snubber may be needed to suppress RF emissions from resonances linked to the motor inductance. I normally start with a value of 110 ohm for the resistor and try different capacitor values whilst looking at the switching transient on an oscilloscope. |
