#149440 - USPS within the U.S. seems to like 2-3 days Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Craig,
What I find odd is the 3-4 day delivery from U.S. to Canada, with 2-3 weeks from Canada to U.S. Likewise, mail travels out pretty fast, while incoming seems to encounter a 10-day delay. It's been that way since before "Homeland Security" so I believe it's systemic. ... and you've not encountered that sort of thing to/from Mexico? I gather that what the USPS has learned is that it's safer, quicker, and therefore cheaper (fewer damage/loss claims) to get rid of the stuff as soon as possible. RE |
