#147901 - uC and heavy EMF environment |
Hi ,I am thinking to deploy C8051F206 in high EMF environment near heavy Industrial DC motor which draws 1000V and roughly 800Amps .We require to sense the current and send it via RS485. Please advise me the proximity to which we can place uC to the conductor that carries the current. Can we place it inside or adjacent to CT which measures current or it is nosense keeping uC close to such high fields. will 360degree shielding of the uC do any good here .
