#147649 - glue a cheap EEPROM to the loadcell
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Also two curves wont be same for different sensors ,I want to omit pots etc thats why I ask for some electronics or software solution to the prob , if you guys have tried that earlier.
glue a cheap EEPROM to the sensor and store the calibration data there. That way the sensor becomes replacable.

Many forms of use of that data can be chosen e.g. values for compensation in the uC (been there, done that) maybe now that they are abundant and cheap it could be values for some digipots on the board.

There is NO WAY you can make calibration unnecessary, but using the above method, you can make it permanent, even if a component is replaced.

DO not ask me for details, all specific knowledge I have about loadcells is proprietary.

Erik

PS what is 'prob' It is not in my dictionary

PPS 'my' scale sold 620,000 units last I heard (I am, as many have figured out, not making scales any more)
