They weren't very helpful though
as usually is the case with 'first' responders. Can someone tell me how the support from other micro-controller websites are? NXP is, if I recall similar: a fast response that, often, "weren't very helpful though" The way to get excellent support is somehow to get hold of a second or third line responder, convince him you are not a bungling amateur and get a 'personal lifeline'. That, at least works very well for me at NXP, SILabs and a few other places. Erik |
