The two fixed points in Fahrenheit are actually 0° and 96°.

96° should be the body temperature of a healthy human. I'm not sure about the 0° - I've heard it's either the coldest temperature that Mr. Fahrenheit measured in the winter, or the temperature you get from a mixture of ice, water, salt and salmiak.
