Sorry Jez, but C is supposed to be a high level language (even if it is not).
In HLL, you should make NO assumptions on speed, memory usage etc. whatsoever. And you've been told in the basic microcontroller course that timing using loops is phooey - if you weren't, reclaim the school fee. JW (the C hater) |
