All done, just in case someone needed an emergency patch on 1/1/2000. I did get to wander around with a portable y2k bug on new year's day. I have a WWVB sync'ed clock that couldn't cope. It corrected itself the next day. Made for a good gag. But the problem with second guessing Y2K is, you can't really know if we dodged a bullet or not. The prove a negative problem. Work got done, and nothing happened. This is a much better outcome than "IT apathy led to a financial market meltdown". Rob |
