#134664 - Not about your English. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi Jan,
No, I wasn't referring to your English. In fact, except for the typo (that instead of than), yours was a perfectly cromulent sentence. In fact I was alluding to the hype and furies that were the predictions, as compared to the reality that was the Great Rollover. By the way, I think I've pointed out before that except for my lab computer (which runs Win2K Pro to accomodate a GPIB bus) and my newest computer (which runs WinXP TabletPC), all of my other computers run Win98SE. Okay, my shop computer (that runs my CNC) runs Win95, but the rest (about 4 of them) all run Win98SE. What does your father produce in his textile factory? Obviously textiles, but specifically what? Does he operate a loom or sewing machines? |
