in http://www.8052.com/forumchat/read.phtml?id=134287 I showed that the TWO conversions (pulse to voltage and analog to digital) would NEVER get even close to the presision the OP wants and gave a SIMPLE solution that would.

Why, oh why does the discussion of the IMPRECISE method the OP suggested go on when the OP clearly want a precision at least 100 times better than this method can provide.

Is thia another case of "I have decided HOW I want to do it, I do not care that you guys tell me that it will not work"
