They told me that they couldn't accurately predict cycle counts in Maxim/Dallas MCU's because some of them were not predictable.
1) to expect ANY toolmaker to fully support all 4711 derivatives of the '51 is ridiculous. 2) the 'cycle stretcher' im the Dallas chips DO make "cycle counts ... not predictable". If you run your thingy as a 'standard' '51 and divide by 3 you should be close enough Erik |
