Darren, rapid response does not indicate a technically interesting thread. Many people (myself included) have a hard time ignoring self-imposed ignorance and will debunk it. This is especially necessary in a forum such as this where it would be dangerous to let a troll spew technically absurd commentary with no response which could subsequently be read and used by someone else erroneously.

1. I am tempted to implement the system where a certain number of negative scores would cause a thread to be closed without moderator assistance.

2. Darren, stop your trolling. Your trolling is pushing the limits of being abusive. If you continue, your post access will be removed.

On the other hand, I'm not sure I remember the forum members being so united on any issue ever. It's unfortunate that it takes a troll to accomplish that. Nevertheless, I will remove your post-access if you continue. I am extremely busy right now and I don't have time to clean-up after you... thus if you continue to force me to clean up after you, you will simply not be allowed to post.
