#124147 - hours and pay and stuff Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Pay is always negotiable and the original owner has already decamped with his ill gotten gains so its quite stable in that nobody is going to suddenly deside that the company is closing down.
The good thing about this part of the country is the cost of living is reasonable and you tend not to get the insufferable arrogance which you find in technological centers. I dont think they can offer jobs to foreign nationals anyway unless they can show that nobody in this country can do the same job.I am not sure how it works now but it used to be that some employer had to be able to show that you skills were unique. Hours are 9-5 monday to friday and people who habitualy work long hours without a good reason are looked upon as a bit odd. |
