Why don't you just have a dual-boot PC? <p>

With virtualization being the buzzword of the year, why not run a DOS/Win9x box in a virtual machine (vmware/MS VirtualPC/etc).

However, I think if the programs ran under WinNT 4.0, there should be some way of making them run under WinXP. Maybe play with the compatibility settings ?
