#121375 - motor type and more info Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello Guys
Thanks a lot for the input, very much appreciated. This is clearing my mind a lot Russell Bull said:
What sort of motor is it controlling? A brush type like a power drill or a synchronous type? It is a synchronous type motor. Steve said:
The snubber is doing nothing at all for a start. Are you SURE the circuit is correct ? Steve Yes I am sure and for you guys, I am pasting here the complete circuit, as the whole circuit has 4 triac/opto-traic combination in all , the problem is only with traic ""Q1 and Q2"" which both are used here to run motors. I am not thinking here for you guys to solve the problem for me , but just little hints that what is wrong here will do for me and then I will dig out some more litreture about snubbers and triacs and see if I can make a difference.
