This is a much better way of getting help with your software and hardware. You can establish a telephone call over the Internet between one to one or one to many using dial up Internet connections. The only hardware you need is a sound card and a microphone. There is free software application you can download (I Use America On Line) and it will do the magic of allowing you to talk to the other end using the Internet. You also can share video files (schematic) on screen. The beauty of this system is it is free and most people already have the hardware. All it would take is the effort to put it into action. I have done this before and the results were great. The voice quality was the same as an old fashioned telephone call. This technology is old by today Internet standards. The latest cutting edge provide near broadcast video connections using standard digital cameras. But this requires a high speed Internet connection and the country needs to have an advanced Internet infrastructure to handle the high traffic. There are some other problems of limitations of what people can say from some countries so this method is not as good as the old fashioned telephone connection in my opinion.

I would suggest you get you stuff prepared and display it as a post and request assistance via a voice connection. You will find lots of people willing to help as long as you do your homework. Failing to get prepared you will go over like a lead balloon.

I support paying customers with this technique and things have changed dramatically from the old fashion way of troubleshooting.
