#115203 - Thanks and few more....
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Kai,
Thank you very much for your effort in giving me your suggestions.

The 78S40 was not used in the card running here(measures FormB pull in and Dropout)instead 12V is supplied from the EISA bus.

Q2(2N7000) is used only when measuring the Dynamic contact Resistance(DCR). the switch could be made to operate at a particular frequency to measure DCR.

Kai said:
Should output of U4B be connected to OPA547 instead?
Makes no sense either, because it's output is configured to produce positive and negative output voltages.

Here i saw the output of U4B(ramp+-) is being used for measuring PI,DO of FormB.

Kai Said:
AD7548 is a 12bit DAC, transforming the 12bit data into a current, which is flowing out of pin20, if Vref is positive and pin1 is pulled to virtual ground by the help of OPamp U4A.
But this means, that the output of OPamp U4A becomes negative,

Kai i stated my analysis previously. Is this wrong?

Suresh Said:
I found that the DAC being the current o/p one, delivers .2777A when the input data are all logic 'high'.
So, the voltage at the output of LM412(U4A)pin 1 = Vo = .2777 * 33 = 9.1641 V.
If what i described above is correct then,
here, iam not sure of what is the current that would be sourced by LM412U4A pin 1.

Thanking you,
Suresh.
