Analysing the circuit, i could come to a conclusion on the output at a point (fora particular i/p). for eg: refering to my circuit if the i/p of the DAC changes from high to low, this could lead to corresponding reduction of current at coil+,coil-. This current values could be calculated using the formulas.
so if the designer had added a resistor in some place also, i could try to analyse the change it would impose to the signal.

I know(from the manual) about the intended purpose for which it is designed. So, iam getting the "specifications and test conditions related to measuring the Reed Switch parameters" that i would like to measure, and checking, how well it could be done with the circuit i have in my hand.

But i agree its not that interesting than developing a fresh design.
